The London Olympics are now over. Though I didn’t really watch the games, I did get to see the reunion performance of Spice Girls during the closing program. I looooove these girls! I know almost all of their songs and would always have a Spice Girls segment in our karaoke sessions. 😀

How cool is that production number, really!?! I was afraid for their lives while the cars were going round and round the stage. I was screaming inside “Hold on to the railings! Don’t dare dance, just hold on!” LOL. Luckily though, no one fell. 😉

Call your girlfriend, it’s time you had the talk
Give your reasons, say it’s not her fault
But you just met somebody new

Tell her not to get upset
Second guessing everything, you said and done
And then when she gets upset tell her
How you never mean to hurt no one

Then you tell her that the only way her heart will mend
Is when she learns to love again
And it won’t make sense right now
But you’re still her friend and then you let her down easy

*Robyn is so quirky. I like quirky. 🙂

If you were not amused by the song (and the video!), you are one uptight person. LOL. 😀

I have been super busy with work the past 2 weeks and this blog suffered. I’m trying to bring back my blogging mojo though, so things are looking up.

Cheers to a good week ahead! 🙂

So, I come back with more parodies! 🙂 I don’t know about you but Key of Awesome parodies really crack me up. These guys are just so brilliant! 🙂

Here is their take on the not-so-recently viral single, Call Me Maybe.

I found this other one and I was shocked to see that they have more than 11 million hits! That’s freaking looooots! I personally loved the girl character with her Paris Hilton-ish accent. :p

But my most favorite so far is the one below. It gets funnier because there are girls out there who are really THAT overly attached, LOL. And with over 16 million hits, WOW right?

I’m sure you’re all very familiar with Gotye‘s official music video of his popular song, Somebody That I Used To Know.

Then Walk Off The Earth made a cover of this song.

Of course, somebody just had to make a parody of this cover. Here’s the awesome Key Of Awesome. They just make me laugh so hard! 😀

And because it’s just more fun in the Philippines, they made a parody of the parody. When will it ever end?!?

I may or may not have watched Easy A kabillion times already, heh. 😀 I just love it! And I love Emma Stone to bits. Whenever I feel down (or just bored), I always find myself mumbling this song. I mumble because I’m bad at lyrics like that.

Do what you want, but you’re never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.

I apologize in advance if I get this stuck in your head. 😉

CIMORELLI is composed of six sisters making beautiful music together. SIX GIRLS WHO SING VERY WELL! And they’re good looking too! 😉

Their ages range from 11 to 21. They started by doing covers of songs but they just recently released their single, Million Bucks. Check them out coz they’re pretty awesome! 🙂
